U sowed a tree 2 years ago, it has grown today. Same way, until the impression of ur previous karma is there on ur mind that karma manages to exist. That impression in the mind can only be erased through meditation, pranayam & seva. When you wake up & see that mind is a part of U & it is ur mind, but U R not ur mind & U have an untouched existence which is greater than ur mind then all karma automatically dissolves - Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
